Terms & SMS Program

These terms cover the Discovery Language Academy text message program and your use of this page for Wednesday Portuguese, ages 12–16. By submitting the reservation form, you agree to these terms. Submitting the form is a request for a seat. It is not a charged enrollment.

The SMS program

If you check the optional consent box on the reservation form, Discovery Language Academy may send you text messages about the Wednesday Portuguese class: class details, schedule changes, reminders, and school follow-up. This is a non-marketing, informational program tied to the class you are requesting.

Consent is optional

Checking the SMS box is optional and is not a condition of sending a seat request. You can submit the form without it.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Discovery Language Academy does not charge for the texts themselves.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@discoverylanguageacademy.org or call (508) 997-8295 to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect a confirmed seat.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
